Mail us the following documents:

1.

 Valid U.S./Non-US Passport
  You have to MAIL us your current valid and signed US/non-us passport. Passport should be valid at least SIX (6) months after your intended arrival to Saudi-Arabia. Also, you should make sure you have at least ONE completely blank page for visas in your passport. Amendment pages (pages 22, 23 and 24) do not count.
If your passport is about to expire or needs more pages, please obtain new, renew or add pages to Your passport.

2.

 ONE (1) Passport-Style Photograph
  It must be 2x2 inches in size. We always recommend using a professional photographer to avoid delays.You can choose to submit digitized photo to us via email: orders@travelvisapro.com (in subject line put travelers first and last names). Additional $10 Photo Printing FEE will be added to your request. NOTE: Photo must be high resolution, clear, and provide proper contrast and white background for it to be accepted by the consulate.

3.

 Completed Declaration Form (Click for Download PDF form) to obey Islamic Laws and Regulations:
  Each applicant must sign and submit the Declaration Form (Click for Download PDF form) with Saudi Arabia visa application.

4.

 Letter of Invitation from company to Saudi-Arabia
  An invitation letter, certified by both a Saudi Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is required.
  • This letter should include complete information about the company: its location and type of business, in addition to the name, nationality, position, length of visa, purpose of travel and number of entries requested by the applicant. No Chamber of Commerce certification is needed, however, for invitations issued by a government company, such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Ma'aden, or the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority.
  • Your Partner Company in Saudi Arabia can ask Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Saudi Chamber of Commerce to TELEX the invitation directly to the Embassy in Washington, D.C. Alternatively, your partner company in the Kingdom can FAX (202-337-4084) or MAIL (Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia 601 New Hampshire Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20037) the ORIGINAL invitation to the embassy. The letter must be signed and sealed by the company and stamped by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce.
  • If you are a DOCTOR , ENGINEER OR ACCOUNTANT , your sponsor letter for Business visa must be approved by Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Chamber of commerce approval is not enough.
  • PLEASE CONFIRM WITH YOUR HOST IN SAUDI ARABIA WHICH CONSULATE TELEX IS SENT and MAIL your papers to that local office: Los Angeles, Houston, or Washington, DC. If you are not sure about it, please call us 866-378-1722.

5.

 Letter of Authorization (for Houston consulate only)
  If your invitation/telex was sent to Saudi Arabia consulate in Houston, Download the Letter of Authorization here, complete it and sign it. The form must be notarized .

6.

 Business Letter (for business visas)
  Please provide a business letter, which includes: (Sample Business Letter)
  • The name of a reference/visiting firm in Saudi-Arabia.
  • Detailed explanation of the nature of business to be performed as well as duration of stay.
  • Company guarantee of financial responsibility for all travel expenses incurred by you.
  • The letter must be on company letterhead.
  • The letter must specify the visa validity and number of entries, the applicant is asking for.

8.

 A Copy of Roundtrip ticket/itinerary
  It must contain the name of passenger. it can be an electronic ticket. If you don't have one, we will be glad to provide you one. Additional $15 Reservation FEE will be added to your request

9.

 Non-US Passport Holders (proof of your legal status in the USA)
  Please provide a proof of your legal status in the USA (i.e. copy of your green card (front and back), valid visa, I-20, IAP-66, etc.)

10.

 Emergency/Rush service shipping advice.
  We encourage you to use FedEx "FIRST AM OVERNIGHT" Service for Emergency/Rush orders, so we could submit your application same day. If you use other Morning delivery and the package comes late, we won't be able to submit your order on the same day.

VISA TYPES Embassy of Saudi Arabia does not issue Tourist visas. We provide information for business visas on this page, but if you need other type of visa (e.g. Employment/Work, Study, Residence, Hajj, Umrah, Transit, Family visas), please do not hesitate to call or email us.

VISA VALIDITY You can request MULTIPLE-ENTRY visas, but we cannot guarantee them. It is up to the consulate to decide on Number of Entries and Visa Validity.

SPECIAL NOTE: Your maximum stay in the Kindgom is 30 (thirty) days per visit.

NON-US PASSPORT HOLDERS: If you're non-US passport holder, you'll pay different consular fees for visas:

  • The visa fee for Single-Entry is $54.
  • The visa fee for Multiple-Entry is $134.
