Is a self-governing commonwealth in association with the United States. It is considered an integral part of United States of America and laws and immigration requirements are the SAME AS for entering the USA.

US CITIZENS: travelling directly to Puerto Rico and back to mainland USA do not need to present passport, just government issued ID (e.g. Driver's License).
