Mail us the following documents:

1.

Your Valid Original Passport (not a photocopy)
  You have to MAIL us your current valid and signed US/non-us passport. Passport should be valid at least SIX (6) months after your intended arrival to Nigeria. Also, you should make sure you have at least ONE completely blank page for visas in your passport. Amendment pages (pages 22, 23 and 24) do not count.
If your passport is about to expire or needs more pages, please obtain new or renew Your passport.

2.

TWO Passport-Style Photographs
  They must be recent (4 months or less old) 2x2 inches in size. We always recommend using a professional photographer to avoid delays. You can choose to submit digitized photos to us via email: orders@travelvisapro.com (in subject line put travelers first and last names). Additional $12 Photo Printing FEE will be added to your request. NOTE: Photos must be high resolution, clear, and provide proper contrast and white background for it to be accepted by the consulate.

3.

A Copy of Roundtrip ticket/itinerary
  It must contain the name of passenger. It can be an electronic ticket.

4.

$180 PRINT PAYMENT RECEIPT and COMPLETED NIGERIA VISA APPLICATION ONLINE
  All Nigeria visa applications must be submitted and PAID FOR electronically at the official Nigeria Visa Application website - website will open in a new window. Please follow these tips to complete application correctly:
  • After submitting online visa application, please COPY DOWN Application Id: and Reference No: . You MUST MAIL those numbers to us along with your other documents.
  • YOU MUST SELECT WASHINGTON DC FOR THE CONSULATE, WHERE YOUR DOCUMENTS WILL BE PROCESSED . Otherwise, your application will be delayed and you will have to re-do it.
  • Please pay online $180 consular fee using ONLINE system. Your will receive receipt via email, please PRINT OUT Payment Receipt and MUST MAIL it with the rest of the documents. Besides online payment, you will still have to pay us an additional $30 consular fee collected at the embassy, rush fee of $85 (if selected), and our service fees.
  • If you have difficulties doing a confusing online application or making consular payment on Nigerian government website, we can help. Simply, complete the regular application (Download Here) and mail with the rest of the paperwork. We will type the application up on government website and make $180 consular payment online. This Concierge Service will cost you only extra $35.

5.

Proof of Hotel Reservation(s) (for tourist visas)
  You must provide a copy of your hotel reservations confirming your stay in Nigeria OR a letter from your Host stating their name(s), address(es), AND copy of his/her legal status (e.g. passport, residence card) in Nigeria.

6.

APPLICANTS UNDER 18: must provide letter of consent from each parent/guardian
  All children under 18 years of age, who travel to to Nigeria with US passport, need an authorization letter signed by both parents. No special form. It just state that each parent notarize a child to travel to Nigeria and must be signed and dated. It can be even a photocopy.

7.

Business Letter from your USA Company

  • The name of a reference/visiting firm in Nigeria.
  • Detailed explanation of the nature of business to be performed as well as duration of stay.
  • Company guarantee of financial responsibility for all travel expenses incurred by you.
  • The letter must be on company letterhead.
  • The letter must specify the visa validity and number of entries, the applicant is asking for.

8.

Letter of Invitation from company in Nigeria (for business visas)
  {% if (visaClass == "Business") %} A business letter of responsibility from your partner in Nigeria is required:
  • The letter must be addressed to the Embassy of Nigeria.
  • The letter must explain the nature or purpose of business and the duration of the proposed business trip.
  • The letter must state the name as well as the addresses of individuals, departments and organizations in Nigeria you intend to visit.
  • The letter must specify the visa validity and number of entries, the applicant is asking for.
  • The letter must be on company letterhead and bear signature/stamp.

9.

A Copy of TELEX from Nigerian Imigration Office (For TWP visas ONLY)
  For Temporary Work Permit (TWP) visas, you must provide copy of Nigerian Immigration Approval Telex that lists the name(s) of the applicant(s).

10.

Non-US Passport Holders (proof of your legal status in the USA)

11.

Shipping Advice on Emergency/Urgent/Rush Services
  We would advise you to use FedEx's "FIRST AM OVERNIGHT" Service for Emergency/Urgent/Rush orders, so we could submit your application the same day. If you use another delivery option and the package arrives after 9:00 AM office time, we won't be able to submit your order until the next business day, at the earliest.

Additional Nigeria visa information:
WORKING DAYS. The consulate is closed on FRIDAYS . Please make your plans accordingly.

STR (SUBJECT TO REGULARIZATION) VISAS: For information on STR visas please call 202.684.7550 or email DC@travelvisapro.com.

VISA VALIDITY: Visa is valid for up to 90 days from issue day for Single Entry visa and for up to 6 months from issue day for Multiple Entry visa. You can stay up to 90 consecutive days in Nigeria.

APPLICANTS UNDER 18: must provide copy of birth certificate and letter of consent from each parent/guardian.
