You have to MAIL us your current valid and signed US/non-us passport. Passport should be valid at least SIX (6) months after your intended arrival to Nigeria. Also, you should make sure you have at least ONE completely blank page for visas in your passport. Amendment pages (pages 22, 23 and 24) do not count.
If your passport is about to expire or needs more pages, please obtain new, renew or add pages to Your passport.

TWO Passport-Style Photographs |

They must be 2x2 inches in size. We always recommend using a professional photographer to avoid delays. You can choose to submit digitized photos to us via email: orders@travelvisapro.com (in subject line put travelers first and last names). Additional $10 Photo Printing FEE will be added to your request. NOTE: Photos must be high resolution, clear, and provide proper contrast and white background for it to be accepted by the consulate. |

All Nigeria visa applications must be submitted and PAID FOR electronically at the official Nigeria Visa Application website - website will open in a new window. Please follow these tips to complete application correctly:
- After submitting online visa application, please COPY DOWN Application Id: and Reference No: . You MUST MAIL those numbers to us along with your other documents.
- YOU MUST SELECT WASHINGTON DC FOR THE CONSULATE, WHERE YOUR DOCUMENTS WILL BE PROCESSED . Otherwise, your application will be delayed and you will have to re-do it.
- Please pay online $112 consular fee using ONLINE system. Your will receive receipt via email, please PRINT OUT Payment Receipt and MUST MAIL it with the rest of the documents. Besides online payment, you will still have to pay us an additional $20 consular fee collected at the embassy, rush fee of $85 (if selected), and our service fees.
- If you have difficulties doing a confusing online application or making consular payment on Nigerian government website, we can help. Simply, complete the regular application (Download Here) and mail with the rest of the paperwork. We will type the application up on government website and make $112 consular payment online. This Concierge Service will cost you only extra $39.

Proof of Hotel Reservation(s) (for tourist visas) |

You must provide a copy of your hotel reservations confirming your stay in Nigeria OR a letter from your Host stating their name(s), address(es), and legal status (e.g. passport, residence card) in Nigeria. |

Business Letter (for business visas) |

Please provide a business letter, which includes: (Sample Business Letter)
- The name of a reference/visiting firm in Nigeria.
- Detailed explanation of the nature of business to be performed as well as duration of stay.
- Company guarantee of financial responsibility for all travel expenses incurred by you.
- The letter must be on company letterhead.
- The letter must specify the visa validity and number of entries, the applicant is asking for.

Letter of Invitation from company in Nigeria (for business visas) |

A business letter of responsibility from your partner in Nigeria is required: - The letter must be addressed to the Embassy of Nigeria.
- The letter must explain the nature or purpose of business and the duration of the proposed business trip.
- The letter must state the name as well as the addresses of individuals, departments and organizations in Nigeria you intend to visit.

A Copy of TELEX from Nigerian Imigration Office (For TWP visas ONLY) |

For Temporary Work Permit (TWP) visas, you must provide copy of Nigerian Immigration Approval Telex that lists the name(s) of the applicant(s). |
