Mail us the following documents:

1.

 Valid Passport
  You have to MAIL us your current valid and signed passport. Passport should be valid at least THREE (3) months after your intended departure from Germany. Also, you should make sure you have at least ONE (1) completely blank page for visas in your passport.

2.

 TWO Passport-Style Photographs
  They must be 35x45mm in size. Photos must match these standards (view sample photos here). We always recommend using a professional photographer to avoid delays. You can choose to submit digitized photos to us via email: orders@travelvisapro.com (in subject line put travelers first and last names). Additional $20 Photo Printing FEE will be added to your request. NOTE: Photos must be high resolution, clear, and provide proper contrast and white background for it to be accepted by the consulate.

3.

 NON-US CITIZENS: Proof of legal status in the USA
  “Green Card” or Valid US Visa (not a B1/B2 visa). You have to provide us with original “green card” or notarized copy.

4.

 Completed Germany Visa Application
  Complete Germany Visa Application Online - website will open in a new window (choose VISA REQUEST). Very important : When the print menu opens, please chose “advanced” and then enable the field “print as picture” in Acrobat Reader´s Advanced Print Setup tab. This will ensure that a correctly sized and readable barcode will be generated for further processing your application by the competent German consulate. After completing the application form online, please print it. Please do not forget to sign and date your application.

If questions calls for “YES” or “NO” answer, please do not put “N/A”. Citizens of the following countries MUST provide additional Application and Photo: Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan .

5.

 Notarized Declaration Form
  Download the Declaration Form here , complete it. Your SIGNATURE on DECLARATION FORM have to be notarized.

6.

 Proof of Health Insurance
  Letter MUST state minimum of $50,000 in coverage in Schengen countries and should have Your name, policy number and be on company’s letterhead. Medicare alone is not sufficient! If you do not have one, you can purchase it here at discounted rates.

7.

 Employment letter
 
  • For Vacation, to include length of service and vacation dates
  • For Business, giving full details of proposed business visit and stating employer will be financially responsible
  • Self-Employed, letter of incorporation/business registration document

8.

 A Copy of Roundtrip ticket/itinerary
  It must contain the name of passenger. it can be an electronic ticket. If you don't have one, we will be glad to provide you one. Additional $15 Reservation FEE will be added to your request

9.

 Proof of Hotel Reservations
  You must provide a copy of your hotel reservations confirming your stay in Germany OR a letter from your Host stating their name(s), address(es), and legal status (e.g. passport, residence card) in Germany.

10.

 Proof of Financial Ability
  You must provide a copy of a recent bank statement or a letter from your bank verifying you have sufficient funds to support yourself. Bank statment must contain your name and address. You can cover-up the account number if you do not want to share it with the consulate

11.

 Copy of Driver's License
  Please provide a current copy of your Driver’s License or State ID.

MUST APPLY IN-PERSON: Citizens of the following countries MUST APPLY IN PERSON: at Germany consulate: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, N. Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi-Arabia, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, UAE, Yemen, refugee and stateless passport holders.

FOR NON-US CITIZENS ONLY: the following information is for NON-US CITIZENS only. If you're a US CITIZEN and stay in Germany for less than 90 days, you do not require a visa to travel - JUST A VALID U.S. PASSPORT.

NATIONALS OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: If you're a national of the following countries you will pay $50 less in consular fees: Albania, Bosnia Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine.
