Valid Passport |

You have to MAIL us your current valid and signed passport. Passport should be valid at least THREE (3) months after your intended departure from Germany. Also, you should make sure you have at least ONE (1) completely blank page for visas in your passport. |

NON-US CITIZENS: Proof of legal status in the USA |

“Green Card” or Valid US Visa (not a B1/B2 visa). You have to provide us with original “green card” or notarized copy. |

3. |
ONE (1) Passport-Style Photograph |
| |
It must be 2x2 inches in size. We always recommend using a professional photographer to avoid delays.No glasses to be worn in any photo. You can choose to submit digitized photo to us via email: orders@travelvisapro.com (in subject line put travelers first and last names). Additional $10 Photo Printing FEE will be added to your request. NOTE: Photo must be high resolution, clear, and provide proper contrast and white background for it to be accepted by the consulate. |

Completed Visa Application |

Download the application, complete it. Your SIGNATURE on DECLARATION FORM have to be notarized. If questions calls for “YES” or “NO” answer, please do not put “N/A”. Citizens of the following countries MUST provide additional Application and Photo: Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan . |

Proof of Health Insurance |

Letter MUST state minimum of $38,000 in coverage in Schengen countries and should have Your name, policy number and be on company’s letterhead. Medicare alone is not sufficient!

Employment letter |

- For Vacation, to include length of service and vacation dates
- For Business, giving full details of proposed business visit and stating employer will be financially responsible
- Self-Employed, letter of incorporation/business registration document

A Copy of Roundtrip ticket/itinerary |

It must contain the name of passenger. it can be an electronic ticket. If you don't have one, we will be glad to provide you one. Additional $15 Reservation FEE will be added to your request |

8. |
Proof of Hotel Reservations |
| |
You must provide a copy of your hotel reservations confirming your stay in Germany OR a letter from your Host stating their name(s), address(es), and legal status (e.g. passport, residence card) in Germany. |

Proof of Financial Ability |
| |
You must provide a copy of a recent bank statement or a letter from your bank verifying you have sufficient funds to support yourself. Bank statment must contain your name and address. You can cover-up the account number if you do not want to share it with the consulate |

Copy of Driver's License |
| |
Please provide a current copy of your Driver’s License or State ID. |
